Director of Coaching

The director of coaching (DOC) is appointed by a majority vote of the SAYSA Executive Board to monitor coach licensing and risk management compliance; assist age commissioners with coach recruitment and selection; oversee coach and player development; and, in concert with the Board of Directors, discharge disciplinary actions to coaches when necessary. The DOC receives a yearly stipend and is SAYSA's only paid position.
